Serves 2 2 tbsp can chop green chilies, drained ¼ tsp ground cumin 1/8 tsp chili powder ¼ tsp salt 4 Sourdough or whole wheat bread slices 2 (1 ounce) sharp cheddar cheese slices 2 (1 ounce) Monterey jack cheese slices 2 tbsp butter or margarine 2 tbsp vegetable oil Directions 1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Spread evenly on one side of two bread slices; top with cheese and remaining bread slices. 2.
