Yields 1 ½ quarts
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 unsweetened cocoa
5 cups skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Combine brown sugar, and cocoa in a saucepan; stir in water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat, and slowly stir in milk. Cook until thoroughly heated stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
